How do I set an appointment?
To schedule an appointment contact us via phone call or email. You may also reach out to us through our contact form or leave us a message on Facebook.
How do I know when you are arriving?
When setting up an appointment we will discuss what days and time slots work best and figure out a routine schedule with you. Time slots are morning, afternoon, and evening. You will be notified of our ETA when we are enroute to your location.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Sun Valley lawn & Landscape is fully licensed and insured guaranteeing your satisfaction and quality service.
What happens if weather does not permit my appointment from happening today?
A representative will call or reach out via text and reschedule for the next avaible day free of charge.
Do you allow rescheduling?
Yes, but terms and conditions apply. In most cases a 24-hour notice is required. In the event a reschedule is needed in less than 24 hours of your appointment a $20 fee will be added day of.
Are security deposits required?
Yes, to uphold integrity and honesty between us and our customers we require a security deposit unless discussed otherwise.
